This human drama depicts various forms of love in an anthology format. The stories of several people living in the city intertwine over the course of one week.
The story depicts the interweaving of several men and women who are dealing with the joys, sorrows, anger, and happiness of life. One of these people is psychiatrist Heo Yu-jung, played by Uhm Jung-hwa. After meeting a simple-minded and rough violent crimes detective (Hwang Jung-min) at a television debate, she gradually becomes attracted to him after a heated argument. The love story between these two contrasting characters - the intelligent and proud Yu-jung and the rugged, macho detective - is a highlight of the series.
